RENTAL POLICIES

1.  Hamptons Weddings & Events charges for a one event usage . Each rental starts on the date of the delivery or pick up. Rentals are for a maximum of 4 days; additional time out will be consider a second event rental .

2.  All rentals require an additional refundable security deposit of depending on the item with a valid credit card number This deposit is not included in your total. Security deposit will be refunded upon return of equipment on time and in good condition.

3.  Customer agrees to assume the risk of and hold dealer harmless for, property damage and personal injuries caused by the equipment and/or arising out of customer negligence.

 Neither  Hamptons Weddings & Events nor East Hampton Flowers is not responsible for  rental items that are  not setup and secure by our staff .

RENTAL ITEM CARE AND RETURN

1.Customer is responsible for having a person on-site to accept ,check and count the order. Customer is responsible for security of equipment until time of pickup by our staff.

2.From the time the item(s) is rented out until it is returned, customer is responsible for it. If the item(s) is lost, stolen or damaged under any circumstances while rented, regardless of fault, customer shall be responsible for all charges, including labor costs, to replace or repair item(s).

3.On pick-up, all rental items should be broken down and stacked in an orderly fashion in preparation for pick-up. unless  you have choose us to provide the knock down service
