Where do we start ?
We first have a phone conversation with you to get an overall idea of the event , your preferences and style. It also gives you a chance to get to know us . Based on this conversation and photos you've sent from your favorite floral arrangements we can provide a rough estimate of the flower budget and email the you suggestions for the flower desighs.
How much does flower cost ?
Pricing is one hardest question to answer and It's dependent on many factors including types of flowers, quantity , color, seasonality ,containers ,labor intensity ,and couple’s needs . All this factors that will affect the overall cost of your floral décor. A good rule of thumb is that your wedding floral & décor budget should be 10-20% of your overall wedding budget or $10 or $19 per guest
Do you have a minimum cost for weddings .
No. We work with modest and extensive budgets. some of our wedding s consist only of a brides's bouquet, while others have multiple attendanst bouquets and dozens of reception centerpieces and decorations . However we do recommend booking as soon as possible since limit the number of weddings we service per weekend .
Do you provide free estimates ? If Yes how long does it take ?
Yes. wedding cost estimates, issued after the consultation, are the hardest part of the process and the most time consuming. An average estimates takes up to 5-8 hours to complete depending on the wedding .
We do not have standard wedding cost estimates – each one is detailed to your specific wedding requirements.
The average turnaround for the wedding estimate is 5-7 business days.
Will you work with my buget ?
Regarding prices We love what we do !! our goal is to provide the best services and products to our brides that is why We offer three ways of pricing :
The first one is the wedding estimate cost mentioned above .
second one is you provideme with a floral budget and I will create a spreadsheet showing the allocation of the money for each itemto better fit your needs .
The third We will provide you with a price sheet as a guide line see Hamptons Weddings Prices . In all three cases the work is custom made and is based upon the photos and ideas proved by you
Is a deposit required
Yes Your wedding date will not be held without a deposit. We accept credit cards , check and cash for deposits the full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to the event. Changes can be made to your order up to 4 weeks prior to the event. Most brides book Hampton Weddings & Events services 9 to 12 months before their wedding date
Do you deliver and what venues do you work with ?
We deliver to wedding venues or private homes within the Hamptons area . East Hampton, Southampton, Sag Harbor , Bridgehampton, Amagansett, Montauk, West Hampton, East quogue NY or you also can pick up your wedding flowers or rental items at our store.
Some of the Venues we deliver to : Guerney's , Montauk Yacht club, East Hampton point , 360 East at Montauk Downs , Southampton Inn , Surflodge , Sole'East , Southampton Social Club , Mulford Farm, East By Northeast , Oceanblue , The Montauk Manor, Navy Beach , The Rams Head Inn

Can I supply my own vases ?
We have a selection of vases in varying price ranges available in our shop, which can be used for your table arrangements. Some brides prefer to purchase their own vases, in which case we would adjust the centerpiece prices accordingly.
